Privacy Notice.

This notice covers the contact form on nutex.ai and the demo video it gives access to. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on our home page:
- Name — required.
- Email — required, so we can reply.
- Organization — required.
- Message — optional, and only if you write one.
We also record the page you submitted from and the time you submitted. We do not ask for a phone number, a job title, or anything else, and there is no hidden field collecting something the form does not show you.
Why we collect it
Two reasons, and no others:
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To give you access to the demo video you asked to watch.
We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Your submission is emailed to the Nutex team at info@nutex.ai and stored in our own Microsoft 365 tenant, in US data centres. Access is limited to the people who need to respond to you.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for advertising. The other third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that make the page work, described below, and none of them receives your form data for their own purposes.
Microsoft also receives a recording of how you used the site, through the analytics described under Cookies below.
Bot protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes a challenge token from your browser to make that determination. We deliberately do not forward your IP address to Cloudflare as part of this check.
Cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this site is used. It records a session replay of your visit — the pages you view, where you move and click, and how far you scroll — which Microsoft processes as well as us.
Clarity sets cookies to do that: _clck and _clsk on this site, and a Microsoft identifier (MUID) on Microsoft domains including bing.com, which can be read across Microsoft services.
We run no advertising on this site, and we do not sell your details.
Two further things are stored in your browser, and both exist solely to deliver the thing you asked for:
- A short-lived playback cookie, set only after you submit the form. It authorises your browser to stream the demo video and expires after one hour. It carries no information about you.
- An access record, kept in your browser's local storage so you can return and watch again without filling in the form a second time. It contains a signed access code and a date — no name, no email, no organization. It expires after 90 days.
You can clear all of these at any time through your browser settings. Doing so simply means filling in the form again to watch the video.
Server logs
Our video delivery network records standard web-server logs for every request, including your IP address, the time of the request, and technical details such as your browser's user agent. These are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
They exist for security and abuse prevention — investigating attacks, and detecting misuse of the video service. They are not used for analytics, marketing, or profiling.
How long we keep things
- Your enquiry — retained while we are in contact with you and for our ordinary business record-keeping afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will.
- Server logs — 30 days.
- Playback cookie — 1 hour.
- Browser access record — 90 days.
- Clarity session replays — retained by Microsoft for 30 days.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nutex.ai with what you would like us to do.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request.
